- Contact us to have us mail you promotional materials to circulate in your area.
- Download one of these 8.5" x 11" flyers (click on the image to download the PDF), print it out and post it around town. We recommend printing on color paper for the strongest visual impact:
- Download the slightly outdated, but still relevant 2009 Case Statement and use this document to promote the AMC and fundraise for your participation in the conference.
